you to feel guilt
- True Guilt: Wake up call from the Holy Spirit

- Utilize Resources
- Evaluate your job for flexibility and benefits.
- Recognize limitations
- Plan for daily needs
- Plan for emergencies
- Plan for long term needs
Relationally Family Dynamics
- Unequally shared responsibilities may lead to frustration,
stress, resentment
- Resolve Conflict: Family Meeting
- Establish roles and responsibilities
- Focus on facts
- Solution:
- Prayer
- Open honest communication
- Support group or friends
- Professional consult
Spiritually
- Reaffirm your faith and calling.
- Pray: Ask for the Lord's strength, patience, grace, wisdom,
and encouragement. Do your personal bible study.
- As you allow Holy Spirit to enlighten you, you will become
better equipped to encourage your elder's faith and spiritual
growth.
